Lab #3 wordart

The way you can do workart is by going to INSERT and pressing "Wordart." Choose the kind of design you would like, write in the "Edit WordArt Text" whatever you want. Once you have the writing you going to the bucket that appears on top of the document to choose what color you want, then the outline of the shape, then the shape of the wordart. You choose whether you want 3D & it gives you choices too choose from . If you'll like to put it in power point you (CTRL + C ) to copy , & then (CTRL + V ) to paste it .

LAB #2, skills

You change by using ALT+TAB.

You copy & paste by first highlighting the sentence or word & press CTRL + C which is copy , then to paste press CTRL + V. When you want to bullet your document either by number's or bullet points you press paragraph section on Microsoft Word and highlight it whever you wanna place the bullet point or number's. You go to the same section "Paragraph" to change the line spacing. When you want to change the font of your writting , you press ( CTRL + SHIFT + F ). When you want to change font Size you press ( CTRL + SHIFT + P ).

You create Colums by going to page Layout  and pressing the arrow & it gives you options on how many colums you want whether it's 2 or 3

Central Processing Unit (CPU)

Definition:

A silicon microchip that acts like a brain for the computer system and the CPU has two primary sections, The arithmetic / Logic Unit it performs arithmetic and Logical operations. The Speed  of the CPU is measured in megahertz or gigahertz.

A application File icon is when you have folder's, which stores your information like pictures, documents, etc. You can also name them as you wish.

         Mrs. Ramirez website going to help us out in improving our grades because if we ever need help she has her e-mail there to let her know. She also has everything in her website for us to know about computer fundementals & what we need to pass her class as well. She also has her class periods for us to know when to come up & on our own free time. Mrs. Ramirez shows us what other stuff she does besides computer findementals like Visual Design which seems pretty cool too. One last thing she has is the Schools website, which let's us know what's going on in the school and what's going to be going on throughtout the week. So this is how Mrs.Ramirez website going to help us out with our grade, if anything we just e-mail her which is goood !
